Gas boilers are thermal energy equipment that uses combustible
gases such as natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and biogas as
fuel, and have heating, hot water supply and steam production
functions. Its core consists of a "pot" (heat exchange system) and
a "furnace" (combustion system). It adopts a modular design and has
the advantages of intelligent control, low noise, and dust-free
combustion, which is in line with the trend of energy conservation
and environmental protection.
Thermal efficiency: usually >94%, and some fully premixed combustion models can
reach 98%.
Working pressure: Steam boilers are commonly 1.0MPa (medium-low pressure) to 4.0MPa
(medium pressure), and hot water boiler pressure is generally
≤3.8MPa.
Steam temperature: Medium-pressure boilers can reach 420℃, and the maximum outlet
temperature of hot water boilers is 175℃
Nitrogen oxides (NOx): Low-nitrogen combustion technology can be controlled to
<50mg/Nm³, and further optimized with the SCR system.
Smoke/SO₂: In compliance with environmental protection standards,
purification measures need to be adjusted according to the fuel
type.
Support system: The drum adopts a fully suspended hydraulic self-balancing
structure, and the steel frame is integrated with a seismic node
design.
