Super corrosion-resistant material: The clamp-type heat exchanger adopts duplex steel DSS2205
(chloride ion corrosion resistance is 50% higher than SUS304),
which is suitable for marine engineering and chemical pickling
tanks.
Thick plate pressure-bearing design: single plate thickness 1.5mm+15mm base plate, withstanding
pressure fluctuations of ±15%, and continuous working life of more
than 10 years.
Customized surface treatment: optional electrolytic polishing or pickling passivation,
reducing the risk of microbial attachment, in line with FDA/GMP
certification requirements.
Advantages:
Made of duplex steel DSS2205, it has a 50% higher resistance to
chloride ion corrosion than SUS304; it can tolerate pressure
fluctuations of ±15% and has a service life of over 10 years; it
has passed FDA/GMP certification to reduce the risk of microbial
attachment. Strong corrosion resistance + long service life,
