Ruiding high-salt waste liquid incinerator is specially designed for high-salt/high-toxic/difficult-to-degrade waste liquid in the chemical, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, electronics and other industries, with high-temperature and high-efficiency decomposition and salt corrosion resistance and long life as its core competitiveness. Through the full-membrane water-cooled wall and salt-resistant furnace structure, combined with precise combustion parameter control (residence time, temperature field/flow field simulation), the complete mineralization and salt stabilization of organic matter are achieved, solving the pain points of short equipment life and high operating costs caused by salt corrosion in traditional incinerators.

Theory:
The Direct Thermal Oxidizer (DTO) first heats the combustion chamber temperature to the set level using fuel. Then, VOCs is introduced into and decompose into CO2 and water at high temperatures, releasing a significant amount of heat. Simultaneously, external equipment such as heat exchangers and boilers recover the thermal energy carried by the purified high-temperature flue gas to achieve energy savings and reduce consumption.
Ruiding can comprehensively design the system based on factors such as the airflow, composition, concentration of the VOCs to be treated, and the desired removal efficiency. Tailored, cost-effective VOCs treatment solutions are provided. When the concentration of the waste gas to be treated is high enough, it's possible to operate without fuel input. The furnace temperature can be maintained by the self-sustaining at moderate Lower Explosive Limits (LELs).

(3) Intelligent operation:
The fully automatic control system supports one-button start and
stop, real-time parameter monitoring and alarm, and reduces the
intensity of manual intervention. Modular design, convenient
maintenance, and downtime is reduced by 50%.
(4) Safety and environmental protection:
The high-temperature area of the shell has a built-in insulation
layer and an external anti-scalding design to ensure the safety of
operators. The flue gas purification system is integrated, and the
emission of dioxins and particulate matter is strictly controlled
to below the EU standard. The types of waste liquid that can be
treated include chemical high-salt wastewater, pharmaceutical
organic waste liquid, printing and dyeing toxic waste liquid, etc.,
with strong industry compatibility.
